You shouldn't get an award. Those averages include students who probably shouldn't be taking standardized tests in the first place because it doesn't accurately capture what they know. Just because learning comes easy to you doesn't make you worthy of an award. Besides, you should do well for the sake of doing well, not for the promise of an award.

You are above the average. You realize that statistically, half of test takers will be above the average, and half will be below the average. Do you think half of all the test takers should be given an award? Don't you think that awarding so many people diminishes the value of such an award? If half the people qualify for an award, what meaning does the award really have? You didn't state how far above the average that your test results were, either. It should be noted that testing in K-12 (and in general) is not something people are rewarded for, as the tests have purposes far and removed from ego boosts and self gratification. Tests are used to determine the performance of academic programs, the abilities of the student, and later in life tests will be used to determine your qualifications for colleges, universities, institutes of higher learning, employment, and other endeavors. The reward for passing such a test would be in the admission to whatever program you were seeking.
