Certainly rebooting your computer might help; however, the print spooler on the server sometimes gets stuck and needs to be restarted. If you have it contact your IT department, if not go to the server click on Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services. Go down the resulting list till you see Print Spooler, highlight and choose Restart the Service. WARNING-all print jobs will be deleted. Administrative Tools may be accessible directly from the server desktop.
