try ice, it will freeze the gum then crumble It off
While not as nasty as chewing gum in the hair, chewing gum on your clothes can be an icky mess - especially if it has been through the dryer. Fortunately, it's easy to fix this problem.
Steps:
1. Harden the gum by rubbing it with a cube of ice.
2. Scrape off what you can with a dull-bladed butter knife.
3. Rub the area with a pre-treatment enzyme product or liquid laundry detergent.
4. Launder as usual.

If the gum has sugar in it then The gum wont come all the way out but it was sugar-free than freeze, poor really hot water on it and finally try to scrape off the gum. If the pants are not white or a light color then try peanut butter. I hope it helps

Put ice on the gum and see if you can get it off, there is also a product called' goo be gone' you can get at Walmart and lastly if those do not work try peanut butter.

try this:
fill up a tub with cold, freezing water and soak the pants 4 a few minutes. then scrub them if u can. if not, leave them in the fridge overnight (i know, it sounds weird).
