Maybe a pretty good sized rocket.

But even then I'm sure you would get arrested for even attempting to light it.

Sure. First check that you have enough rocket fuel laying around. You may need to order a few things from ebay. Do you have a control panel that you aren't using as a coffee table? Where you also going to build the launch pad? There are probably a lot of books on the subject. Your not the only one who has built a space craft from scratch!
