    Your name. :-) If not for the sake of being a legit/genuine signature, then for the sake of keeping a record of who's doing what. Add POA next to your signature.

    The best practice is to sign both as follows:

    Relative, by You, POA

    This keeps everything clear. You have the POA to sign for your relative and by doing the above, it is clear who was signing and in what capacity.
