Does anybody out there have a cheap ISP that they are happy with?

Am I gonna have to go with the pricey cable option in order to avoid freeze-ups, or being kicked off? I don't have to have blazing speed to be happy, just reasonable function. I can't get DSL, and I've had 3 different ISPs and got disgusted with all but one of them, but that one sold me to another, and I hated them. Any suggestions?

    Keep trying for DSL. They will probably come to your location sooner than you think. SBC yahoo is really good and only $12.99 a month.

    I have High Speed Cox Communication internet - its like $30-$60 a month but its worth it!

    I hate DSL... so slow. Cable is killer expensive.
