Maybe I just haven't been on here long enough or seen enough of his answers to realize they're all formatted, but I think his activity level and the thoroughness of detail he provides are pretty amazing. I think most people don't care if he's used the answer before. They're just looking for the answer now.

I think my dear friend Raju who is one of the top users in this site it's a grea user.
I do like him and I bet he has done a great job to the community, though I disagree in some of his actions. I don't know if you have seen some of his past answers or current answers, but they are all copy and paste.
He doesn't even read the question, he only looks for a keyword and he already has a bunch of saved answers that relate to the keyword and pastes his answer.
Eventhough he has done this, I like him :)

Not too amazing. He searches for single words or simple phrases like "ringtones", "jokes", "dreams", "interview" and then pastes a list of links that may or may not apply to the actual question that has been asked. Then he wins a lot of votes, like in these,

Seems odd how many times he wins votes with less-than-best answers, doesn't it?
