I'm writing a book and need a disease for the main character.?

It must leave him strong and healthy to the end, heart failure maybe but predictable and irrepairable. For instance he may have some other problem that would prevent a transplant or surgical correction but be able to perform normal tasks until the last day. He simply cannot suffer long term degenerating illness. Any ideas?

a million. Stephen Chbosky- The Perks of Being a Wallflower. that's a narrative some guy in extreme college, and the 1st steps down the line to starting to be up. that's between the greater poignant works of fiction i've got ever examine, and that i've got crammed the margins of my reproduction with notes. 2. Chuck Palahniuk- Choke. A disenfranchised med college dropout with a rip-off to pay for his mom's nursing abode expenditures. Sinister, nerve-racking, and hysterical. 3. Jay McInerny- awesome lights fixtures, massive city. the only novel i've got ever examine it incredibly is mentioned in 2nd-guy or woman, this one's some actuality-checker for a significant metropolitan newspaper and the definitely ridiculous mess that his existence has become. incredibly properly written, and strikes at an incredibly rapid %..

I have Hashimoto's disease. It sounds deadly, but it's just a thyroid disease that affects the heart, kidneys, memory, - just about anything you can think of! You can look up information about it on the web. Also causes high cholesterol and triglycerides which leads to gallstones. It is controlled by taking a pill everyday, so for the most part you're totally functional but as the disease progresses the medication dosage has to be increased. If I can help, let me know.
