I am an old worn out rodeo cowboy (bareback bronc and bull rider) currently working as a janitor in a manufacturing plant. Go Figure! I am an author and have published magazine and newspaper articles as well as my book "The Cowboy Years" but I can't make a living writing either. I like people and I like this forum because at 64 I have been around the pike a time or two and can be of some help especially to younger folks if I can just get them to put things in perspective.

  • Terrorosits are still trying to bomb our planes (with us on board). Can full body scans work?

Okay you will be screened and shown in detail, naked, somewhere else. Frankly I could care less, the person seeing you doesn't know you or you them and it would be like looking at a picture of a stranger but they could keep a bomber off your flight, I'd rather be naked than dead. Why are so many people opposed to this?

  • Can someone please tell me what this experience Hillary keeps referring to is?

As far as I know, Hillary is a two term Senator and other than that has no personal political experience and has not run for any other office. Where did she gain experience in foriegn affairs, Military strategy, Border security, national security and so on? I know she watched Bill ( merely a former Arkansas Governor prior to being president and that is what the 'unexperienced' Obama is) do it all but so what? If she were married to Mohammed Ali could she put up a good fight against Joe Frazier in the ring? Where did this wealth of experience come from?

  • Stableford play in Tiger woods 08 Golf by EA sports.?

I just bought this game (PC version) and really like it. I am not a golfer and have never played the actual game. In Tiger challenge you must pass a number of increasingly difficult tests to improve your game,. I am on the easy ones and one is a stableford but I have no idea and the game doesn't say, how to score. I keep losing with pars and under as well as with all over par shots. I play the game pretty well but this one I don't know what I am supposed to accomplish. If you know, I'd appreciate some help. Thank you.

  • Does Yahoo answers bug you because of this?

I see a question and answer it, several others do too and all say they need more detail or something clarifying the question. The asker then adds that to the original question but since I already answered it I am not allowed to answer it again. It seems to me if an asker adds details the people answering should be able to adjust the answers the same way.

  • Just ordered a Ruger 17hmr single six. Does anyone have this gun? what do you think of it?

What can you tell me about the .17HMR cartridge or the ruger pistol compared to .22Mag? I know it is just a plinking gun but I dearly love the Ruger single six as I had one before in a .22/22mag I'm told the .17 is a more accurate and faster bullet. Just curious if anyone has actual experience with this gun in that caliber.

  • I'm writing a book and need a disease for the main character.?

It must leave him strong and healthy to the end, heart failure maybe but predictable and irrepairable. For instance he may have some other problem that would prevent a transplant or surgical correction but be able to perform normal tasks until the last day. He simply cannot suffer long term degenerating illness. Any ideas?
