The world's largest living cat would be the liger. Which is cross between a male lion and a female tiger. They can weigh up to a 850 lbs. Though some ligers have reported to weigh more than 1100lbs. The siberian tiger is the largest naturally occuring cat. The male Siberian can weigh up to 700lbs.
