Can anybody name this song?

Question

I've no idea who sings it or what it's called. I only have some of the lyrics to go by. I've tried Google, but it turns up nothing. It's sung by a woman and I think it was recorded fairly recently. I'd describe it as an acoustic pop/rock song:
