It's sulfuric. However, Soda-acic extinguihsers are very dangerous (can easily explode) and are no longer permitted to be used. If you have one, be sure to have the charge and chemicals removed. It's only real value anymore is as a collectors item.

Typically sulfuric, as it is quite stable.

anty acids will do. they used to use H2SO4 but it's dangerous. noeadays they mostly use phosporic acid(H3PO4)
