what would be the first step in fighting a judge`s sentence for violation of probation in which ten years was?

need serious answers please! this judge is way out of line in the way he treats my stepson

    let see your step son violated parole and judge sentenced him 10 years and judge is out of line - no your step son violated parole that is tantamount to taunting the judge - no help here sir - sorry for your troubles

    don't understand this part of the question "probation in which ten years was?"

    But generally you would have to take that to a court of appeals, I suggest asking your son's original lawyer

    Keep in mind, your step-son was on probation, and CHOSE to commit another crime. He got what he deserved for refusing to obey the law.

    It would need to be appealed, following the rules of appellate procedure for your state.

    However, violation of parole is generally discretionary, and there are very few legal ground for the appeal. You should be talking with an attorney, experienced in criminal appellate work.
