If you were to buy a present for that special someone, What would it be?

Id buy myself a kinky little outfit, some wine, his favourite album and show him the night of his life!!!

Then in the morning make him a nice breakfast...

It rather depends on that special someone's tastes, but:

Men generally like practical things they can use again and again, regardless of how romantic (or not) they may be. Also edible things are good. A decent bottle of wine, a pair of good (hard wearing rather than pretty) cuff links, some powertool they've always wanted, the latest bit of computer hardware - all these things generally go down well with men.

Women generally like beautiful things even if they are of limited practicality. You should generally avoid clothes that need trying on unless you know her size exactly, but peripheral clothes such as belts, scarves or gloves (beauty over durability here), jewellery of course, perfume, or perhaps the latest chic kitchen gadget (like a designer lable coffee maker) even if you know it's five times over-priced and likely to fall apart in five minutes because to the woman recipient, they will at least have had the five minutes.

The last present I bought was a pretty little diamond bracelet with pink sapphires shaped as flowers. Don't know about next present, have no-one special at the moment. ;-( Mind you, I'm saving a fortune..!!

Something personalised. Not tacky though. You can get jigsaw puzzles done on the internet with a photo of your choice. Why not try designing a mug or plate using crafts or go to a pottery place and paint you own & get it fired.

Depends on the person and their relationship to you. Something lasting and unique for them to remember you.

When that person is special to you, then you should know what he likes most. Fulfill his dream desire.
