how was your sweet 16?

Honestly--could we promote the superficial materialism more in this country? What a great idea, putting a bunch of spoiled socialite adolecence on a music channel. Where are the videos?and when they do play them they repeat them in less than an hour. I want my old MTV!

Those kids spend more a head then what is spent at most weddings.

On my sixteenth birthday my best friend bought me a cake some pretzels and diet coke and had some guy hijack me by pushing me on too a sled with him and have another friend whip us around a frozen pond. That way, she could set up and everyone else could yell "suprise" when they pried me off the ice.

Honestly, it made me feel like a princess and I think it cost $.50 a head--if that.

my sweet 16 was fun. 16 of my friends and I went out to dinner at a sushi restaurant. actually, they all surprised me. i had a great time...NOPE, i didn't have a $250k party, i didn't get a brand new range rover, i didn't get puff daddy to come to my party. that show does suck..and to see how young 16 year olds are spoiled and ungreatful makes me sick.

I hate that show. I wish nothing but for all those little girls to get slapped in their face with REALITY...anyhow, I had a great 16th birthday. Lots of friends...a food fight...thoughtful presents from my friends...

let's see I got drunk the night before my sweet 16 picture was taken I looked hung over....that was i month before I actually turned 16 in rehab.....ouch! in the mean time my boyfriend who said I drank too much and was "glad" I was gettin help....but he was out parting and cheating on me that day! Nice huh??? Happy Birthday to me! Needless to say 16 no thanks I don't wanna go back there!lol

my 16th bday was so fun.....me and my friends got wasted off moonshine and beer (i'm from the moonshine capital) while my parents were gone...but they came home...found spilt beer on the porch and kicked everyone out! but i still had a blast as i was thowin up from my 2 story bedroom window!!

i didn't celebrate my 16th birthday. no presents, no cards, no cake, no party and certainly no new car. i think i was lucky my mother let me live long enough to have a 16th birthday. i guess being alive was the best gift i could hope for.

I'm male, thusforth, no sweet sixteen.
