Have you ever met a person in real life who you "met" on here?

I used to frequent a game site, where several of my old college buddies would play. One day I drove 16 hours to visit my old roommate, and we were sitting in a the old coffee shop on campus. My buddy had his WiFi laptop with him and had the game sites web page open when a woman came by our table.

She saw the site on the laptop, and overheard our conversation, and introduced herself as somebody I had played with regularly. We didn't know her otherwise. Didn't know we were in the same state. She played a male character and we didn't even know she was a she until that moment.

She and I are engaged today.

Yep, I've met a few people through yahoo. One lied about what he looked like but it wasn't a completely horrible lie, we are still friends. I am currently dating one.....and we clicked, it was like we had alot in common, we were very comfortable with each other, we talked for hours about anything and everything. We are still seeing each other:)..He is awesome.

Met a woman on 360, in less then a month she flew out to meet me, now she wants to move out here. Im not sure if i really dig this or not... Kinda like being single, then again something missing in life - not to sure if whats missing is her though
