What time do you or your family eat dinner at?

Felt like asking because it seems that for family's, they try to make a time set, other wise, isn't usually around 5:30 at night for most people?

If my family is eating together, which is usually only one or two times a week, it's around 6. Same thing if I am just getting something for myself, like take out, or making something, etc. 6, maybe 6:30. . . .But, if me and my boyfriend are going out to dinner, we don't usually go until at least 7, usually 8 for reservations.

yes i think that is when the majority of people eat dinner. I usually try to have it around 5:30 so does my friends and my family

I try for 6:00, but sometimes as late as 7:00, depending on what time I get home. We usually all cook together or talk while I cook so it's not a big deal, it's not like anyone would miss dinner or the rest of us would start without them.

We eat several small snacks a day, and if we do cook a large dinner, it's usually between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm

with me being a stay at home mom, I try to have dinner (which we call supper) ready when my husband gets home. That used to be around 5 or 6 pm. Well, over the summer he began going in early so he could get off early and I ended up making supper and having it ready when he walked in the door at 3 pm! Talk about early!
