How do I get the audio from a YouTube video onto my iPod?

I was able to get it to a WMA file, but iTunes won't recognize that.

    You must get a WMA to MP3 converter, iTunes and Ipod operate only with MP3 files.

    If you can see it in the iTunes library, right-click it and select 'convert to AAC format'.
