Honest results of the Sauna Belt?
I would like to buy the Velform Sauna Belt which is advertised on TV. Has any one here used this belt? If yes, please advice if it really is as effective as they say. Also, please advice if any of you experienced any side effects.

I purchased two (2) of the Velform belts last December on eBay - for about $35.
One of the belts did not heat properly and eventually died when I accidentally pulled it from the electrical socket.
The other belt works as advertised.
Tips:
1. Use it everyday in the morning for about 45 minutes. If you don't do it everyday, the effectiveness decreases.
2. Use it while reading email, and using the internet. Time goes by quickly and you lose weight while surfing.
3. Do not use in highest setting, since it might create a minor burn. Just be careful.
4. Enjoy!

There are no permenate effects of the sauna belt, meaning that you will not loose weight or inches. The only effect is a temporary lose of water weight through sweat. As soon as you rehydrate yourself then the weight will come back. The concept of spot reducing has no scientific basis and has never worked for any product claiming to target any area.
You can do thousands of ab exercises but until you reduce your total body-fat % your abs will not appear any more toned. According the the American Council on Exercise there are no ab devices that have any significant improvements in abdominal strength above and beyond body weight movements. The best plan is to eat 4-6 small healthy meals daily and to engage in a regular fitness program that includes both cardio and weight training.

Myself and my wife used the sauna belt some years ago but did not get any positive results whatsoever. It was only loss of time and money. After using several machines and treatments, we have found that there is no alternative to physical exercises done either at home or in the gym on a regular basis. Of course some diet restrictions are also needed when you are too fat or obese.

I would say no. That device just makes you sweat. Drinking a glass of water after using it would replace all the "weight" you just "lost". It's just another weight loss scam. The only real way to lose weight is to eat healtier foods and exercise more.
