Nancy Grace? Would you date someone that professes their love for Nasty Grace and all she stands for?
If you were dating someone and they thought Nasty Grace is just this wonderful woman standing up for crime victims would you decide they were a terrible judge of people and quit dating them or feel sorry for them and continue the relationship hoping you could teach them this woman loves only herself and could care less about the facts or any other people...
Now, "friends" who love Nasty, be nice. My brother was stabbed so I am a crime victim myself.
My problem is that I feel this makes her a very bad judge of character, she does not take into account stuff like in her biography she made up total lies about the man that killed her fiance and the court trial but she doesnt care about the truth, she just likes her for being so fiesty..
She probably wasnt even engaged to this guy, "they were keeping it secret."
I judge people a lot on how honest they are but of course personality does matter, but I want to know the truth about people.

I think that if you care for this person enough that you should be able to see past her personal opinion of "Nasty" as you put it and just care for them for who they are. I think that over time her opinion might change but let her decide that and dont push it. If she does not have the same respect for your opinion then maybe ya should move on. Who is Nancy Grace?
I think you can forgive your partner somthing like this, i had to do the same thing. With my boyfriend of two years he liked a famous sporting guy and i hated him for something that he had done and my b/f and i had to just agree to disagree.
