Cats are probably a dark meat, and you should serve white wine with it, but, you aren't planning on serving a cat, are you?

Falling out of a bar in Beijing with some friends of mine we spied a man making kebabs on the roadside. My friends bought 10 kebab sticks for a dollar, as we were eating them they were trying to find out what the meat was but the vendor couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Chinese.

One guy said "cluck cluck" and flapped his arms, - No -

One said "oink oink" - No -

The vendor smiled and said "miaow miaow"

I immediately threw mine away, my friends continued munching. It tasted like chicken - therefore it is white meat and you should use white wine.

Asking about eating cats/dogs/whatever stupid a** thing comes to mind on this section is SO done. If for some reason you think you're original, clever or funny in any way, you need to come back down to earth and face the truth.

I'm not sure. I think maybe dark meat. And I think a beer would go well with it.

Dark meat. Chianti or Shiraz. I'd also recommend a Generals Tsao sauce. My local Chinese restaurant makes it like that and it is delicious.

Depends upon which end of the cat you intend to eat first.
