Clear blue easy digital???Help?
Ok, My husband and I have been TTC #2 for almost 2 yrs and I am having a lot of pregnancy symptoms now...My period is due in 4-5 days. I used a Clear blue easy Digital pg test and it said "not pregnant", but when I popped the stick out and looked at it later there was a very faint second line. I have never used this brand before and was aondering if anybody who had has had the same thing happen? Do you think I am pregnant and it is too early for it to say "pregnant"?
BTW, We chart basal body temp each mprn and also ose ovulation prediction kits.

I had the same thing happen to me with the clear blue easy digital test. 4 days later I took another test and it said pregnant. I looked at the negative strip and saw the second line. I am happy to say my son was born happy and healthy. My advise is...Retake the test to be sure.

It is possible that you are pregnant, however I would NOT use the test stick to go by. Digital test strips sometimes get a second line when the test is negative. They are very unreliable to read, which is why you are supposed to read the digital part only.

I used the clear blue easy digital and the lines have nothing to do with it on this model. You need to wait until after you miss your period and then take it again but it diff. worked for me it is 99.9% accurate. So, I would say that you are not pregnant. But, give it a week or so and take it again and see what it says or go to the doctor and get a blood test.

Sometimes, if left for long enough (i.e. too long) tests can produce a false positive. Not all tests can work so early. Leave it a couple more days and you should get a more accurate result.
Good Luck with getting pregnant. In the mean time, relax and don't forget to enjoy the baby making process.

you shoul just wait until you are late. it may be that you are testing early or that you are not preg. i did have something similar. i tested early by 6 days and got a negative but tested 2 days before i was late and came back positive. you need to wait until your body produces enough hormones to register on the strip. also most sticks will eventually have a line they have that effect and it says not to read it after so many min. i say try again later if you feel in your gut that you are preg. i did and got #2.

I would just test again. Use a regular test if you think that one did not due you justice. But for the most part every test is right. The best tests are blood tests though. Good luck

They have a tendency to change from neg to pos after time. So it probably was negative, but it is probably too early give it until the day of you expected period and test again. Good luck
