Johan Santana is leading?

the MLB in wins and strike outs(again) has the ERA in the AL and OPB in AL got that CY Young wrapped yet??

    Justin Verlander for rookie of the year!

    Santana has the Cy Young on ice; Halladay is being babied by the Jays the rest of the year so even if he still had a chance, it'll be gone by the end of the year.

    If Santana can keep it going AND the Twins can make the playoffs, then I think you have to give Santana serious consideration for the MVP. Remember Pedro Martinez should have won it in '99.

    He'll win the CY, he will not win the MVP.

    That's down to a 3 man race. Jeter, Dye or Morneau.

    you can't be MVP when you only play 30-some games a year, I don't care if you're 30-something and 0 as a starter.

    Santana is amazing. Liriano would've given him a run for his money had he stayed healthy. Santana will win The Cy Young again. Carpenter will win it in the NL

    yes the cy young is a wrap for santana - should be unanimous. mvp tuff - right now i say santana. others are jeter (ALL YEAR a catalyst and team LEADER)... ortiz (but bosox are dead in water)... santana looks good

    NL is just tough to call all around
