First of all mame, refraising is spelled rephrasing...and secondly, who wouldnt understand what "what do you think about the casinos in Manila" mean??? so it isnt proper grammer but I guarantee you majority of the english speaking population would know what that means.

This site is to ask questions, not an essay contest....and what the hell does "Why doesn't anybody "every" research there questions first?

Sounds like a good idea. I believe the pay for researching answers is about the same as the going rate for philosophers. But I'm only into philosophy for the money. ;)

Maybe because they are lazy? Or they want to entertain the people here, so they post such questions? Or maybe they just want to help other people earn more points? Ahaha, I don't know. Then let me ask you a question. Why is this question of yours posted under Community Service? Haha.

I everytime asked a question when I cant find it in the internet. That's why I wish somebody might know it and tell me.
