Actaully it is an older form it says: I do not remember bow but it mean something like:

Any elder Vampires who can understand this and will talk to me (basically) <--- not so many words even though lamia is mainlyused as vampire witch phantom are sub words for the word.

    What was it you wanted to know? The Latin is rather confusing - something about only a witch serves any greater ones - where did you come across this?
