Any one know how to download videos from sites?

If you havent yet switched to firefox, that would be highly recommended. Many reasons, better security, and much more. Beyond that you can install things that are called exstentions or add-ons. Some written by businesses some by users, most are useful.

When your on the page of the video you want to download, you click the icon in the bottom right corner of the firefox browser. All instructions can be found at the link.

Otherwise, you can go to file, then view source, and look for the address that loads the .wmv or .avi or whatever file type the video is, copy the link, and paste in the navigation toolbar. It will then offer to let you save or view the file.
