HoW much Multi Tasking on a JOB is enough without compensation?

When a person has been on the JOB 4 years and the boss keeps piling more and more on them and no compensations as far as a raise. In 4 years the raise has been 50c and you know you're the lowest paid person in the office. Closing files, Accounts Receivable, Customer Services, Pre-paid Billing of insurances, Bi monthly Statements, Payment Arrangments, Collections, collection calls, Computer backup, and doing all these things and more until you feel overwelmed. And...I forgot the mounds of filing and no file clerks to help with this!

No benefits, No health insurance....really nothing to keep you on this job except longivity (the comfortable shoe).

Boss has a double standard and a code of ethics for himself but is not a good role example for the employees...after all he's the BOSS.. (ATTORNEY)

Talk to him about what you want first to give him the opportunity to give you a raise and benefits. If he is not receptive I would start looking for another attorney who needs a good employee.
