download and use it for free. You can find it at
www.nvu.com.

But you can also use:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Netscape Composer ;)
- or even Notepad or EditPlus
- why not emcas or vi for Unix/Linux
- Yahoo! SiteBuilder

Depends on how good you are with HTML. If you're good at it, then use Dreamweaver. Do not use Microsoft Frontpage coz your website will not work right on all browsers.
If you dont know what HTML is or you're not good at it, I'd suggest Google Page Creator : http://pages.google.com/

the wizards of geocities and tripod is limited. it is finite.
if you are creative, just use dreamweaver....even if you not an expert, you can still use dreamweaver...
it is easy....what you see is what you get.
