What have been your symptoms after being on the pill for a year and coming off of it?
How has you mentruation been? How long did it take to get regular? Diziness, anxiety etc....

I was on the pill for well over a decade and found I had no symptoms after coming off it. I was on Desogen, also known as Apri. The only difference I noticed was my periods were longer, heavier and less predictable, but I was also on the pill mainly to regulate anyway. If you are concerned about how your body might react to no longer taking the pill, I'd ask your doctor before doing it.

I had a severe increase in cramps and breast pain. Neither exsisted before BC, but afterwards they were sure there.

My friend's period was always late and pretty erratic.
