Help with MS Mail Merge Function?
I am trying to create tickets that will have individual numbers on each on from 1 to 100, with 9 to a page. I am doing this from a mail merge in Word but I get the same number 9 times on each page.
How do I get the merge to just number each ticket for me?

CREATE ONE TICKET WHEN YOU SET UP THE MERGE AND THEN SET UP THE PRINT OPTIONS SO YOU PRINT 9 ON A PAGE.

What you may desire to do is seperate the names into their element aspects even though it is going to be complicated as you have look after midsection initials. To seperate very final names in a clean column adjacent on your checklist (i will use col B) enter =LEFT(A1,detect(" ",A1)-a million) In col C enter =MID(A1,LEN(C1)+2,LEN(A1)) regrettably this might incorporate midsection initials. To do away with those in col D enter =IF(ISERROR(detect(" ",C1)), C1,LEFT(C1,detect(" ",C1)-a million)) Use col D and col B as fields on your mailmerge.
