Change 50% of the water with bottled spring water. Buy a pleco (which will do well with goldfish and eat a huge amount of algea). Start feeding your tank less. The leftover food and excessive fish waste is being turned into nitrates, which is feeding the algae.

Keep the tank away from the windows. The sun light is bad for it. Make sure the temperature in the tank is not too warm. Thoroughly clean the filter and all hoses. Get two algae eaters and put them in. They will help keep the algae down.

Clean out the tank and filters. Gold fish are the dirtiest fish to own, and must be kept clean. You could also consider purchasing a placo(algae eater), but if you do not help maintain the cleanliness, the excessiveness will kill the placo.
