why do Pl think just because a man is 60 or older there over the hill or a pervert?

It all depends on the way the 60 year old man acts which cause people to come to the conclusion he is a pervert or over the hill. Blame it on commercials too, if you want for how they portray older men.

As for "over the hill" it depends on the person, not the age. As a woman of 57, I agree that some men (of any age)are perverts.

Partly because people don't like to think about men who are their father's and even grandfather's age as being sexually active.

Plus, there's something predatory about an old man going after much younger girls. And since there's probably not a whole lot in common given the age difference, the old man's interests are probably purely sexual, which also bothers people.

Not all of them are perverts but if you try to get a girl that is way way too young then people look at you as such.
