How long does it take for the Flickr photos to show up?
I have uploaded pictures, made them public, & nothing is showing and I uploaded them late last night. I have both Flickr and 360 set to public view.

By having your picture upload and made them public... Make sure U had change the setting in your Y! 360 Share Photo...
Go to your Y! 360 page... Click "My Page"...
Click "Share Photo"... On the Flickr section... change the setting to "Public" or Friends... And change the number display photo...
After U had change all setting... Click "Save"...
