How do I put videos and movies on my Ipod on a Mac?

I am trying to put videos and movies on my ipod, I found softwares but they are all for PC. I need one for a MAC

    Hi there...usually plugging the iPod into the Mac will automatically upload the videos/movies to iTunes if your iPod was formatted originally with that particular Mac.

    I haven't found any software that may be able to do this aside from iTunes, however consider posting your question in the free Apple Discussion forum for iPod: http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categor... as someone may know how to resolve this for you.
