What time of day was Brett Favre born on Oct 10, 1969?

I was born the same day, and I would like to know if I was born before him or after him

Update:

Alright, fine: yes, I am old. It matters cause I will be be able to say "Indeed, I was born just before/after Monsignor Brett Farve."

    I looked and looked all over the internet and can not find a time of birth. I did find out that he weighed in at 9 pounbs 15 ounces and that he was 21 inches long. sorry
