i want to send a file[tiff software] , i do not want to zip it or convert to jpeg type ,?

actually the file is the X-ray scan file , i got a problem by sending it please help

the file is 99.0 mb ,please help as it is urgent . the file will be viewed by doctor, and show me a way to send the file so that the doc 's can understand it..

    You can send the tif file directly by email. I'm pretty sure that most computers can read it, or at least those that have WinXP
