How do we get our level up on yahoo answers?

Answering other people's questions gets you 2 points and giving heart-felt or well-considered and thorough answers will give you a shot at a Best Answer and 10 points. Once you reach Level 2 you get 1 point for giving good answers by other people a thumbs up.
