Did God call the Righteous,or the sinners to repentance?

Mat 9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Rom 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Since we're all sinners, God called all of us to repentance. The following scripture says:

Luke 5:32 - "I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."

But since we are all born sinners, we all need to repent.

Ps. 143:2

Luke 5:32 (Jesus said) " I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."

Both. 2 Pet. 3:9 "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long suffering to us ward, Not Willing That Any Should Perish, But that ALL should come to Repentance."

Why would the righteous need repentance? They're already righteous.

Answer is sinners

It also says in the gospels that it is not the healthy who need a doctor. He is explaining why he hangs around with sinners, pharasees, and tax collectors. At the same time, he is calling us to do the same!
