If you are asking can a father in a church marry yes he should marry the mother of his children. If you are asking something else I cannot figure out what that might be as there is no such thing a Father Church.

OK I see that you are talking about the Catholic Church. I am not a catholic but do know some about them. They call the preacher Father. No they are not allowed to marry and neither are the nuns and I guess that is what you mean be sisters. I gather they think it would distract from their duties if they were married but other denominations allow their pastors/preachers to marry and they have no problem performing their obligation. It is my belief that if they were allowed to marry they would not have so much with the Fathers molesting young boys. I do not mean this in a hateful way but just the way I see it. They are men with natural desires and if married could fulfill them in an accepted way. The same goes for the sisters. Most people desire matrimony and cannot abstain from sex all of their life and be fully content.

The Catholic Church chooses not to allow marriage in the "Latin" Rite (which is the most common form of Catholicism at more than one billion people). There is another Rite called the "Eastern" Rite where marriage is allowed(though there are only about 40,000 Eastern Rite Catholics, so this is a small percentage of Priests)

Priests are ordained by and get their "Priesthood" from Bishops. Bishops follow the same rules. The Pope is a Bishop, and has always been chosen from the Latin Rite, (though it's not impossible for an Eastern Rite man to be Pope) and thus the Pope also cannot marry.

Marriage is banned because a family distracts a Priest from the Church.

Sisters (Nuns) cannot marry because they marry Jesus Christ and live as His set aside brides.
