So, what do you think may be going on with my body?

I've been trying to conceive for two months now. My period this month was expected on the 15th. I started feeling slight cramping on the 10th. On the 14th I started bleeding lightly and it lasted until the 16th. So, I only bled two full days but only lightly. And, now today I'm experiencing slight cramping. The discomfort I'm feeling today is in my lower back, stomach, and hips.

This is weird because every period I had up until now (with exception to being on birth control) has started real heavy. I usually have to wear a pad and tampon to control the bleeding. And, my cramps are usually severe but not this time. I'm trying to get in to see my doctor but she is booked until the 30th of October so I need some advice.

So, what do you think may be going on with my body?

Update:

Tara-

I actually do have Endometriosis and was treated for it last year. This is not the same feeling I had with it though.

You could be pregnant!! If not, sounds like you may be suffering from endometriosis! Poor thing if this is the case! It is very uncomfortable! Hope your pregnant!! :)

Your body may be reacting to stress or a change in your environment. You should assess your surroundings or habits and see what has changed. That can give you a clue. As long as the discharge is not of heavy odor, it could be related to your body going through something. When did you stop taking the pills? That too could be as a result of your body adjusting.

At the end of the day, don't risk your health to a doctor who has no time for you. Get out of your comfort zone and find another doctor even temporary.

I think you may be pregnant. Those are some simptoms of pregnancy. (cramping and back pain) The same thing happened to me when i was pregnant with my son. As for the bleeding your body might be getting rid of a little blood that would have been part of your period. Best to check with you doctor, or take a pregnancy test.

Seek Urgent Care now and follow up with your Doctor on Oct 30. Or ask around for recommendations on a GYN you can see now.

Your condition sounds too serious to wait over a month for an examination.

    Best Wishes!

It could be a number of different things. You need to see a doctor. If yours can't see you until the 30th, you should probably try to find a different doctor who can see you sooner. You don't want to mess around with stuff like that.
