Your favorite fruit, milk & ice. You may have to add a small spoonful of sugar or sweetner if the fruit isn't sweet. OR Your favorite fruit, juice & Ice. The best juice to use is those fruitt blends...like orange, cran, grape or whatever the mixure. ALWAYs add a banana. The banana makes the drink SMOOTH..like a smoothy and thickens it a little. You will notice the differnece if you make a drink without it. My fav or a banana, a couple of strawberries, some ice, packet of sweet-n-low and milk or juice. I make this as a breakfast drink for the kids and my self in the mornings. It's better than a SlimFast.

This may sound crazy, but my sister made it for me, and it's fantastic, different and SUPER healthy-
A few ounces of apple-grape juice
A few ounces of milk (I used Vanilla Soy, because it's sweet and I'm lactose intolerant)
Vanilla yogurt
Frozen mangos
3 or 4 pieces of broccoli (yes, broccoli)
Blend all of these together, and voila! You have a vanilla broccoli mango smoothie. I know it probably sounds like the last thing you'd ever want to try, but my sister forced me to try it, and I'm hooked now. It is sweet and has no bad aftertaste, which many juice smoothies have. It fills me up and gives me energy, and broccoli has SO much great vitamins in it. It may take a time or two to get all the measurements right- I never keep track of exactly how much I put in of what... Make sure you get *frozen* mangos, because that's what makes it cold and thick.
