I agree Bush is at least a personification of Satan, what is the book recommended by Chaves?

But I have to disagree about Bush being "the personification of Satan." Come on - Satan is SMART.

"Chavez held up a book by American leftist writer Noam Chomsky "Hegemony or Survival: America's Quest for Global Dominance" and recommended it to everyone in the General Assembly."
