Unlike alcohol and tobacco, You don't have to be of a "age" to buy an iPod. As long as you have the money and you are not using your parents credit card or their check, I am more then sure that you could purchase it.

how old are you, like 10, yes, but if your parents let you go anywhere alone, and you have the money, go for it!!!
