I have seen Colorado coins in circulation, and I have two in my pocket right now. (D mintmark in San Diego)
The North Dakota coin went on sale about September 1 and is just now entering circulation. (My local coin dealer just got both P and D mintmark coins last week from the mint)
The South Dakota coin will be relased in late October. This is the same release schedule the mint has followed every year since 1999 when the first state coins were minted.
Check the US mint web site for more:

According to the mint the only South Dakota has yet to be released. If you want them all you can buy a 2006 Satin mint set. It comes with every denomination (including the sacagawea dollar and Kenndy Half Dollar, every state quarter) from both the Philadelphia and Denver mints. The coins are really nice looking and you get to have all of the quarters way ahead of the public. Oh and buy the way, Bush has nothing to do with this. The US mint has it's own schedule and agenda.

All others have been discontinued. the biggest ever replaced into the $a hundred,000 sequence 1934 Gold certificates featuring the portrait of President Wilson. those notes have been revealed from December 18, 1934 by January 9, 1935.
