don't snap ur wrist release out in front of you different than a baseball keep ur hand in a "c". don't start throwing hard, take your time and warm up to it

Line your fingers up with the laces on the football, white thread things, and while throwing, kinda snap your wrist a little so the ball spins when you throw it.

if thrown right your hand should slightly rotate, Since your fingers are griped to the ball this will cause the football to spin. For me at least I throw form over the shoulder with the ball about six inches from my head.

Place your fingers on the stitching,holding closer to the pointy end,pull the pin, and throw !
