what did it mean when the stewardess ask him that question. i did not understand the ending at all. & how come emilo estevez was in the movie but not in the credits he was on top of the elevator when he died

Mission Impossible was written for 6th graders to understand it. Umm...What grade are you in?

The end of the movie when the stewardess asks him if he wants to watch that film is code meaning he has another mission.

it's means that he has now taken over his boss's place. A mission is waiting for him, recorded in one of the video's.
As for Emilo, maybe the production has forgotten to add his name in the credits.
