Well, America is all one country, but within it, I would think the cost of living would be lowest in like North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, Michigan or many in the middle states.....just think of low populations=low cost of living...and you better have a way to make a living without relying on the closest cities economy.

Dominican Republic. A lot of Americans move there and work as tour guides.

Try Venezuela. Great president, super super super super super cheap liquid for running your car, lots of projects for your to get involved with, and a chance to see some magnificent fireworks when the USA are going to turn it upside down.

Try Australia, its clean, less guns and not communist :D
