how do i get rid of bats. they hang outside my window and make a mess not to mention a stink?

I myself have encountered said problem.(which really isn't) A little before sunset, spray the area where they hang with chlorine. Repeat said process two or three days. They will be happy to look elsewhere for a permanent residence.

Well, maybe if your just relocate them, you would be happier all the way around! Bats eat tremendous amounts of mosquitos & other flying pests. I would love to have herd of bats!
Go to a home store & look for a bat house, & hang it where they say, on a sunny wall or tree away from your house.
The guano that is so stinky, is actually good fertilizer!

i imagine the in worry-free words enemy a bat has is Hollywood. they're no longer verocious, blood-sucking, rabies infested. ok, per chance the perfect one is a probability, depending on the position you stay. call your community animal administration and ask about rabies on your section. If there is no longer a intense prevalence, i'd ignore the bat and depart him to his ingredient. they're as messy as birds, yet eat double the insects. carry out somewhat analyze; in the journey that they are territorial and could merely go back each and every morning, think ofyou've got to kill it. If rabies is a situation, animal administration would come get it with a view to attempt it for rabies.

You could try putting bat boxes around your yard so that they have somewhere else to go. They kind of look like a wooden bird house.
I wouldn't try to discourage them from leaving your property all together because they eat thousands of mosquitoes and other insects. They are good to have around - just not so up close and personal.

You may not want to. I have been told that bats are protected. I don't knnow who you would check with. I know protected or not I kill them if we get one in the house. I don't know why they would want to protect something that carries rabies.
