What changes would you make to my website?

I run a few websites the most successful is Http://www.selfsufficient... - selfsufficientish dot com. I should soon be coming into some cash and want to give it a bit of an overhaul as it really needs it. It has an active forum and I am thinking of somehow intergrating it. What would you do if it was your site.
