does anyone know where in Los Angeles I can go and pick fruit, like in an orchard, u-pick farms, etc...?
I'm interested in orange orchards, figs, blackberries, and any exotic fruits. If you know the address for those locations and directions that would help. Thanks!!

Leona Valley, Lake Hughes, and Lake Elizabeth are north of LA (pretty far, but actually still in LA County) and have u-pick farms, though I'm not sure of anything exotic. Cherries and peaches are the most common orchards, but there are a few treasures here and there. Click the link and click on Orchards for a map. This particular map is labeled as cherry orchards, but you might want to drive around the area to see what is in season this time of year.

los angeles is a polluted, industrialized city.
you're not going to find anything like that in LA.
